The founder and president of the Corporation is Wa'el Bibi ,CPA,CIA,CISA.
Wa'el is a highly qualified professional . He holds B.A in accounting and he is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) , CIA ( Certified Internal Auditor) ,CISA ( Certified Information Systems Auditor).
Prior to establishing Bibi Consulting ,Inc,Wa'el has been a worldwide partner with a "big five accounting firm".
During his association with the firm ,Wa'el has managed its Tax and Legal practices in the Middle East for more than a decade.Under his leadership, it became the premier provider of quality tax & legal services in the area.
He has also managed the firm's "Enterprise Group " which provided accounting, audit, tax and business consultancy services to small businesses.
He has developed strong experience in tax consulting in various parts of the world , in addition to his experience in accounting, auditing and financial & business consulting. His experience in the Middle Eastern Taxation is second to none.
During the last 25 years, he has advised many International Companies on doing business in the Middle East .He has also advised Middle Eastern Companies on doing business in North America and Europe.
He has established and managed an internal audit activity for US$ 3 b company in the Middle East.
Wa'el is a member of the following professional organizations :
- The Institute of Internal Auditors.
- Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
- The Jordanian Association of Certified Public Accountants.
